MakerBeamXL 15mm x 15mm Midi-T profiles with beams in different lengths.

These beams are anodised in black. The Midi-T slot is suitable for M3 Bolts.

The Regular Starter Kit contains:

Beams: 8 x 300mm, 8 x 200mm, 8 x 150mm, 8 x 100mm, 8 x 50mm
Stainless Steel Brackets:  24x L-brackets, 24x T-brackets, 12x corner cubes
Nuts&Bolts: hexagon head screws (~100 pcs.), button head socket screws (~100 pcs.), bag of nuts (~250 pcs.)
Accessories: 8x feet for OpenBeam, 1x hex nut driver, 1x hex key driver

1 Cut to Custom Length

1 cut of a beam out of your current order with a length according to your specification.

Add a comment to your order specifying which profile(s) out of which pack (in case there are more than one profiles in a pack) you want to have cut to which length, please. During the cutting process approx. 3.0mm of the total (original) beam length will be lost.

After cutting a MakerBeam profile there will only be the hollow core at the cut surface. If needed an M3 thread will need to be cut separately (see 1 Thread Cut M3x6).

Achievable precision:

• Length tolerance: +/- 0.2mm
• Cut plane tilt angle: <1°

Please Note: Custom Cut Profiles are non-returnable, except for us clearly having made a mistake upon cutting.

1 Thread Cut M3x6

1 cut of one M3x6 thread at the end of a beam out of your current order.

Add a comment to your order specifying which profile(s) out of which pack (in case there are more than one profiles in a pack) you want to have a thread cut into which end, please.
