MakerBeamXL 15mm x 15mm Midi-T profiles with beams in different lengths.

These beams are anodised in black. The Midi-T slot is suitable for M3 Bolts.

The Regular Starter Kit contains:

Stainless Steel Brackets:  24x L-brackets, 24x T-brackets, 12x corner cubes

200mm Linear Slide Rail, 1pcs. for MakerBeam, MakerBeam XL and OpenBeam

1 piece of 200mm linear slide rail (200mm x 9mm x 6,5mm) and carriage (29mm x 20mm x 8mm). The linear slide can be combined with both MakerBeam and MakerBeamXL or OpenBeam. For use with MakerBeam T-slot nuts it is best to use our linear slide kit.

Attention:

For mounting of the linear slider rail onto a 10mm MakerBeam profile you would need to use M3x5 bolts. We suggest to use the  Linear Slide Kit Art-Nr. 05m3lskitp05.

Long MakerBeam T-Slot Nuts M3, 12 pcs., for MakerBeam XL

1 bag T-slot nuts long contains 12 pieces of long T-slot nuts for MakerBeamXL

This T-slot nut is the extra long version of the regular T-slot nut XL. It is 3 times the normal length. The MakerBeamXL T-slot nut long is made of stainless steel and was specially designed to slide into the T-slot grooves of the MakerBeamXL profile. The T-slot nut is great to fasten brackets more easily.

These T-slot nuts are also compatible with OpenBeam, both MakerBeamXL and OpenBeam are 15mmx15mm in diameter (see details).

90 Degree Blind Fastener for MakerBeamXL

A bag of 50 bolts, an allen key and a drill bit to create a blind connection through a 3mm sized hole into the threaded end of another profile.

1 Cut to Custom Length

1 cut of a beam out of your current order with a length according to your specification.

Add a comment to your order specifying which profile(s) out of which pack (in case there are more than one profiles in a pack) you want to have cut to which length, please. During the cutting process approx. 3.0mm of the total (original) beam length will be lost.

After cutting a MakerBeam profile there will only be the hollow core at the cut surface. If needed an M3 thread will need to be cut separately (see 1 Thread Cut M3x6).

Achievable precision:

• Length tolerance: +/- 0.2mm
• Cut plane tilt angle: <1°
