1 cut of one M3x6 thread at the end of a beam out of your current order.

Add a comment to your order specifying which profile(s) out of which pack (in case there are more than one profiles in a pack) you want to have a thread cut into which end, please.

1 Cut to Custom Length

1 cut of a beam out of your current order with a length according to your specification.

Add a comment to your order specifying which profile(s) out of which pack (in case there are more than one profiles in a pack) you want to have cut to which length, please. During the cutting process approx. 3.0mm of the total (original) beam length will be lost.

After cutting a MakerBeam profile there will only be the hollow core at the cut surface. If needed an M3 thread will need to be cut separately (see 1 Thread Cut M3x6).

Achievable precision:

• Length tolerance: +/- 0.2mm
• Cut plane tilt angle: <1°

MakerBeam 10mm x 10mm Mini-T profiles with beams in different lengths with M3 threads at each end.

These beams are clear anodised. The Mini-T slot is suitable for M3 Bolts.

The Regular Starter Kit contains:

50 Mini T-slot profile (threaded) beams black anodised: 4x 300mm, 8x 200mm, 6x 150mm, 16x 100mm, 8x 60mm, 8x 40mm;
60 brackets: 12x 90 degree (4 hole), 12x 90 degree (5 hole), 12x 60 degree, 12x 45 degree, 12x corner brackets;
1 bag of square headed nuts and 1 bag of Bolts (M3), 250pcs. each;
and 1 hex nutdriver.

300mm Linear Slide Rail, 1pcs. for MakerBeam, MakerBeam XL and OpenBeam

1 piece of 300mm linear slide rail (300mm x 9mm x 6,5mm) and carriage (29mm x 20mm x 8mm). The linear slide can be combined with both MakerBeam and MakerBeamXL or OpenBeam. For use with MakerBeam T-slot nuts it is best to use our linear slide kit.

Attention:

For mounting of the linear slider rail onto a 10mm MakerBeam profile you would need to use M3x5 bolts. We suggest to use the  Linear Slide Kit Art-Nr. 05m3lskitp05.

Linear slide kit: 5 pieces T-slot nuts for MakerBeam and 10 pieces bolts M3x5

Linear slide kit: 5pcs. T-slot nuts for MakerBeam and 10 pcs. button head socket bolts M3x5. For T-slot nuts for MakerBeam to work with the linear slide you need 5mm bolts. That is why we designed this small bag with just the items you need.
